Restaurant Athen in Bremen

We have often ordered from the restaurant and had them delivered. The food came quickly, was still hot and of the quality you want it to be. Delicious!! Friendly staff on the phone and the people who deliver the food are always very nice. Always my pleasure. Unfortunately, due to Corona, we were not yet able to eat in the restaurant. If it works again we will definitely come!

Have already ordered here a couple of times. We are super satisfied. Friendly service, very tasty food!

Due to the Corona closure, we ordered food to be delivered there. Food very tasty and large portions. However, it was unfortunately only lukewarm, although we only live a few minutes away from the restaurant. That should be improved upon delivery 😊

I would have liked to have given 5 stars, staff, starters great but the main course was clearly too cold after it was warmed up it was delicious, please dear kitchen make sure that the food is served hot.

Thumbs up. Simply great. There were 4 of us here on a Saturday evening. My wife, our two children and me. To the ambience, Simple, modern, not overloaded. 3 beautiful rooms, 2 of them with large windows. Nice simple terrace, which maybe can handle a little green. Our seat in the back was "well attended". Corona distance rules were all followed well. To the service, The nice female waitress assigned us a seat in the back of the restaurant. Everything in the front was occupied. Our drinks were served fixed. The waitresses were always polite and very attentive. To eat, As a starter we ordered a saganaki, with pita with herb butter. The saganaki was baked golden brown and nice and soft inside. My wife would have loved to have a 2nd. The pita and butter were delicious too. The main course for me was a grill plate with gyros and filled Bifteki. My wife chose the calamares, and the children had french fries and Greek noodles. The gyros was crispy fried and very tasty. The filled Bifteki was well fried and very tasty. There was also a scoop of tzaziki, rice and coleslaw. Since I eat very genre tzaziki, I ordered an extra one straight away, because the gyros was so tasty and juicy, if it wasn't even necessary, I ate it anyway. My wife's grilled calamares were also served with tzaziki rice and coleslaw. These were soft as butter and not rubbery, my wife still raves about them today. My children, both of whom are not big eaters, would also be very satisfied with their Greek noodles, I didn't even get to try it because they have already cut everything off. Conclusion, All in all a great evening. Food was great, waiter friendly and attentive. The delivery business also seems to be doing well. We often saw the drivers going in and out with their boxes. Next we will order something here and take a few photos. If Athens maintains this level, we will come here more often.

Food was prepared quickly. French fries unfortunately very weak. Gyros and onions not particularly bite-sized. Coleslaw very poor in taste.

On our first visits to the new Athena restaurant, we were completely won over by the food. Lahmkottlets or pork fillets - everything tasted really very good. In addition, a nice spacious ambience. We will be back.
